USE:
Apply to shampoo shampooed hair.
Apply an appropriate amount of mask to damp hair. Apply to the length (not scalp) and insist on the ends. Leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.

Wash your hair with shampoo
Apply the mask after shampooing, on hair that has been gently squeezed to remove excess water. Hair should be damp, not fully dry, for better absorption of the active ingredients.

Apply to lengths, focusing on the ends
Apply a generous amount to the lengths of the hair. Do not apply to the scalp. Focus on the ends — the most damaged area — where the mask can work most effectively.

Leave on for 5 minutes
Leave the mask to work for 5 minutes. For more intense hydration, cover your hair with a warm towel or shower cap — heat helps boost ingredient absorption.
